Frequently Asked Questions
Can the band learn a song that isn't on the song list?
Yes! We can learn special requests for your event — first dances, walk-on songs, or any must-have track. Just let us know at least 3 weeks in advance.
Do you provide music during breaks?
Absolutely. During band breaks, we provide a curated DJ playlist that keeps the energy going seamlessly.
What size stage do you need?
It depends on the configuration. A jazz trio needs roughly 8x10 ft, while a full 15-piece showband needs approximately 24x16 ft. Stage plots for each configuration are available above.
Do you handle sound for other vendors (DJ, speakers, etc.)?
Yes. Our sound system and AV engineers can support speakers, DJs, and other acts in addition to the band. One vendor for all your audio needs.
Do you travel outside Las Vegas?
Yes — Live Music Society is available for national and international travel. Contact us for a travel quote.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance for peak season (October–May) and major holidays. Popular dates fill quickly.
