What size band do I need for a conference general session?
For general sessions of 200-500 attendees, a 5-7 piece band delivers strong energy without overpowering the room. For 500+ attendees or convention center ballrooms, a 10-15 piece showband with horns fills the space and creates the "wow" moment. For breakout sessions and networking receptions, a 3-4 piece jazz group keeps the energy without competing with conversation.
How far in advance should I book conference entertainment?
For major Las Vegas conferences, book 3-6 months in advance. Convention season (January for CES, November for SEMA, plus spring and fall conference seasons) fills up fast. If your conference falls during a peak period, 6+ months is ideal.
Can you provide music between speakers and during transitions?
Yes — this is one of our most requested conference services. We provide walk-on music for keynote speakers, stinger hits for award recipients, ambient music during breaks, and transition music between sessions. Our Musical Director Isaac Tubb coordinates timing with your AV team and stage manager for seamless execution.
Do you handle your own sound for convention centers?
Yes. We provide full PA systems and backline for events up to 500 guests, including our own AV engineer. For larger convention center general sessions, we integrate with your house AV team or production company — we have experience at every major Las Vegas convention venue.
Can the band learn our company theme song or custom music?
Absolutely. We regularly learn company anthems, custom walk-on tracks, and branded musical moments for corporate conferences. Our 300+ song repertoire covers every genre, and we can arrange custom pieces with enough lead time.
