How much does a Las Vegas wedding band cost?
Pricing depends on the configuration and how many moments you want covered. An intimate duo or trio for a ceremony and cocktail hour starts in the low thousands; a full reception band is the mid-range; and a showband is the high end. Every Live Music Society quote includes professional sound and a dedicated engineer, with no separate AV invoice.
Can one band cover the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception?
Yes — that is the most popular way couples book us. One vetted team scales across the day: a guitar-and-vocal duo or pianist for the ceremony, a jazz trio for cocktail hour, and the full band for the reception. You curate one continuous soundtrack instead of hiring and coordinating multiple separate vendors.
Is sound and PA equipment included with the wedding band?
Always. The PA, mixing board, monitors, mics, and a dedicated sound engineer are built into every quote — no surprise audio bill and no external rental. State-of-the-art equipment ensures every guest can hear and feel the music at the right volume without it overwhelming the room.
How far in advance should I book a wedding band in Las Vegas?
Earlier is better, especially for peak wedding dates and popular Strip and Red Rock venues. Booking several months ahead gives you the best selection of musicians and configurations. Reach out with your date as soon as you have your venue, and Lisa will tell you honestly what is available.
Do you customize the setlist and learn our special songs?
Yes. We curate the music for your room rather than playing a copy-and-paste package. Tell us your aisle song and the tracks that matter to you, and we will arrange live versions that honor the recordings you love — including custom arrangements for your processional, recessional, and first dance.
