What size band do I need for a corporate event in Las Vegas?
It depends on the room and the moment. A jazz trio suits a cocktail reception or dinner; a 5-to-7-piece band drives a mid-size party or general session; and a 10-to-15-piece showband with horns fills a large ballroom or gala. We scale from solo to a 15-piece showband, so one vendor covers every configuration your event needs.
Can one band handle multiple parts of our corporate program?
Yes. One band can deliver walk-on music, timed award stingers, a general-session opener, dinner music, and a full after-party set — all coordinated through a single point of contact. You get one call, one coordinator, and one invoice instead of stitching together separate vendors for each moment.
Is sound and AV included for corporate events?
Yes. We provide the PA, backline, and a dedicated AV engineer for events up to 500 guests, with no hidden fees or external rental. For larger convention-center general sessions, we integrate seamlessly with your house AV team or production company, coordinating timing with your stage manager.
Can the band coordinate with our showrunner and AV team?
Absolutely. Our musical director coordinates timing with your AV team and stage manager via talk-back for seamless transitions — walk-on music for speakers, stinger hits for award recipients, and music between sessions. Precise time-cue execution is one of the things that separates a corporate-experienced band from a wedding band.
Can you learn our company song or custom music?
Yes. We regularly learn company anthems, custom walk-on tracks, and branded musical moments for corporate clients. Our 300-plus-song repertoire spans every era and genre, and with enough lead time we can arrange custom pieces — a capability that sets a live band apart from a DJ at a corporate event.
